Area baseball teams finally got back into action on Thursday and several key region matchups will highlight Friday and Saturday's play.
Regions 7-3A,8-4A, 8-2A, and 8-A Public all will be in action.
No. 2 North Hall and No. 4 Cherokee Bluff in Class 3A will be in action over the weekend, while No. 2 Flowery Branch and No. 6 Jefferson in Class 4A also will take the field. No. 1 Buford (Class 6A) and No. 6 Commerce (Class A Public) will be in action as well.
