By Bo Wilson Sports Editor

Caleb Sorrells confirmed on Monday that he has stepped down as Lumpkin County's head football coach.

Sorrells posted a 3-27 record in three years at the helm of the Indians' program -- finished 2-8 in 2021. Sorrells' Indians showed improvement on both offense and defense this season, averaging 14.5 points per game while giving up 35.80.
