Remember the Siamese cats from Lady and the Tramp, who caused a great ruckus while gleefully singing and torturing everyone around them?
Uh, that’s been me lately. Bad girl!
Coronavirus has put everyone into a mood, me included. And my sassy attitude, along with constantly snoozing Cairo, my kitty cat alarm clock, every single morning, I’ve been served a warrant once again… and I need to raise $1,000 for homeless pets to get bailed out of “jail” when I get #LockedUpForGood at the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia on September 24.
I’m a repeat offender. Y’all bailed me out last year and the year before, but this time is different. This year, I’ll be locked up in the cat adoption room, raising bail for my MEOWS-demeanor charges and learning about the importance of the spay/neuter procedure and what resources are available to families with pets that need a-fixin’.

Oh, my penmates? HSNEGA has over 50 cats right now looking for a forever home… I hope at least one of them knows how to play guitar, maybe we can caterwaul to some Muddy Waters while we wait for the right person… persons… to bust us outta there.
