Fox Factory hiring for 800 jobs at Gainesville plant

Fox Factory has begun hiring the 800 people company officials have said they need to staff a new plant in Gainesville.

The powered vehicles division of the company announced plans in 2018 to open a plant in Gainesville, with hopes of having it operational sometime this year.  

The Goodwill Career Services Center in Oakwood has a posting on Facebook of some of the jobs that need filling.  They include material handler, assembler, machine shop manager, environmental health and safety manager, senior human relations generalist, maintenance technician, senior buyer, production supervisor, and packaging engineer.

Applications are being accepted daily at the Goodwill facility, which is located on Mundy Mill Road.

Fox Factory is a designer and manufacturer of high-performance suspension products primarily for mountain bikes, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain, ATVs, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, and motorcycles, according to the company's Website.
