A multi-use development scheduled to go before Braselton planners later this month would include 240 multi-family housing units.
Stolz Partners, LLC, is asking for the rezoning and annexation of 77 acres at Braselton Parkway and Georgia Highway 53.
In addition to the housing component, plans call for six commercial parcels and nearly 500,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space.
The Braselton Planning Commission is scheduled to consider the matter when it meets August 26.
