A Gainesville man is the subject of a Sunday morning police chase.
The Georgia State Patrol said just before 8:00 Jamee Hayes, 26, was clocked driving 85-MPH up Ga 400 in Forsyth County. The posted speed limit, at that location, is 55-MPH.
They said Hayes did not stop for troopers and fled down 136 into Hall County. The chase ended on Bark Camp Road when a trooper performed a pursuit intervention technique.
Hayes is charged with Fleeing and Attempt to Elude, Reckless Driving, Speeding and DUI.
