Commerce loses close one to Lincoln County, 21-17

LINCOLNTON — Commerce couldn't hold on in a 21-17 loss to Lincoln County in the second round of the Class A-Public playoffs at Buddy Bufford Field Friday night.

Tyelon Brock led the Tigers with 107 on 10 carries and a touchdowns. Nate Ray added 73 yards on 10 rushes and Sam Roach finished with 16 carries for 52 yards and a score.

Eryk Diaz hit a 38-yard field goal.

Commerce finishes the season 9-3,
