By B.J. Williams

After a more than four-month death investigation, Forsyth County Sheriff's Office investigators have charged a woman with murder.

Jessica Diane Eubanks, 34, was arrested Friday, Nov. 8 and remains in the Forsyth County Jail with no bond, according to Forsyth County Sheriff's Office Cpl. Doug Rainwater.

Rainwater said the initial incident occurred on June 23, apparently at a residence where both the suspect and the victim lived. He did not say how the victim died.

Eubanks has been charged with murder, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and family violence.

Rainwater said the investigation is continuing by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Major Crime Unit.
