Friends and family have organized a benefit ride for leukemia patient Donna Funderburk of Hall County.
The ride is scheduled for Saturday, June 23 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at VFW #8432 at 1955 Delta Drive in Gainesville.
Donation for each bike is $20 with an additional $5 donation for a passenger; cars and jeeps can participate for $20 per vehicle.
In addition to the benefit ride, organizers will raise money for Donna with a raffle, silent auction, cake walk and BBQ chicken plates. A live band will perform, as well.
