Sandy Springs police continue search for murder, arson suspect

A man considered armed and dangerous remains on the run after his girlfriend was found dead in a burning home in Sandy Springs over the weekend.
 
Sandy Springs Police Department investigators are asking for help from the public as they continue to search for 43-year-old Patrick Joseph Nolan.
 
Nolan is wanted on charges of murder, aggravated assault with intent to murder and arson in the first degree. The charges relate to the death of 39-year-old Amber Marie Holliman. Her body was found inside a residence on Hammond Drive around 11:30 Saturday morning, according to a police department statement.
 
Nolan is thought to be driving a 2006 blue Ford Explorer with GA tag PYZ1420  Police said they believe Nolan has his 160-pound dog with him, a Presa Canario. 
 
Police are asking anyone with any information on Nolan's whereabouts to contact Detective J. T. Williams at 404-456-9343.
