*The City of Alto's Christmas Tree Lighting will be held Nov. 30 at Old City Hall. The ceremony begins at 6:00.
*The Heart Center of Northeast Georgia Medical Center now has an office in Bethlehem at 426 Exchange Blvd., Suite 600, bringing to 15 the number of offices around northeast Georgia.
*South State Bank has donated $5,000 to Family Connection in both Fannin County and Gilmer County. Family Connection is a statewide network dedicated to the health and wel-being of families and communities - making sure disadvantaged families have food, financial aid and clothing.
*The Northeast Georgia Medical Center will host three Love Light Tree lightings next month: Dec. 3 on the Gainesville campus, Dec. 6 in Braselton and Dec. 10 on the Winder campus. Each will begin at 7:00 p.m.
