The City of Sugar Hill and the Sugar Hill Downtown Development Authority are excited to announce that Crazy Dough’s Pizza will be opening their newest location in the E Center. The Massachusetts-based artisan slice bar originally opened in 1999 with Doug and Melissa Ferriman at the helm. Since the restaurant concept was acquired by Georgia Franchise Group in 2017, the business has opened another location directly across from the UGA campus, serving the entire Athens area.

Crazy Dough’s Pizza is a fast, casual “slice bar” restaurant known for putting a modern spin on the traditional slice of pizza. It all starts with award-winning, handmade, fire-grilled dough, layered with only the freshest ingredients, then thrown into their “big red oven” and baked to perfection. The restaurant will also offer gelato shakes, sandwiches, craft sodas, fresh-made salads and more.

Crazy Dough’s is obsessed with pizza and passionate about sharing their crazy and zany-good gourmet masterpieces in locations that appreciate a good slice of pizza. The E Center is the perfect location for a grab-and-go slice bar, offering concert-goers and shoppers a quick, fresh, and delicious meal option.

It is not just pizza that Crazy Dough’s will be bringing to Sugar Hill. The company plans to bring great deals too. From the minute the doors open, they will offer a variety of in-store and online promotions, special events and weekly slice specials.

Crazy Dough’s plans to opens its doors in late October or early November.
