DAHLONEGA — University of North Georgia director of athletics Lindsay Reeves has announced NIKE will become the official uniform, apparel and accessory provider of Nighthawks Athletics as part of an exclusive apparel and sponsorship agreement beginning in January of 2018.
The five-year agreement with Nike provides North Georgia with a continued and consistent look, design and coloring across each of the Nighthawks' 13 intercollegiate programs. The agreement offers a number of exclusive incentives to the UNG Athletic Department for the achievements of teams as well as giving those teams credit for each dollar spent on Nike uniforms, apparel, footwear, and equipment. The partnership also provides several marketing and promotional opportunities that are specifically built for Nighthawk Athletics.
The new contract between North Georgia and Nike represents a significant increase in value to the UNG athletic department. BSN Sports, a long-time partner of Nighthawk Athletics, will continue to serve as the supplier of Nike products to UNG.

Nike is one of the world's largest suppliers of athletic shoes and apparel and is a major manufacturer of sports equipment.
Founded in 1972 as a factory-direct equipment company, BSN SPORTS has grown to become the largest distributor of team sports apparel and equipment in the United States.
