Lanier Christian defeated Anderson Cavaliers 6-0 on Friday in Anderson S.C.
The Lightning picked up their lone score when Caleb Dolan tipped a pass that Joshua Gearing intercepted and returned for a touchdown.
Lanier Christian's Jeremiah Bonds also came up with a key pick off inside the the Lightning 5 with just under 30 seconds remaining to seal Lanier's win.
Aubrey Carlan lead the night had seven assists and two tackles to lead the Lanier defense.
Lanier is in just its second season as a program.
