The University of North Georgia is hosting a series of forums on each of its campuses dealing with the state's new "campus carry" law.
The first was held June 15 on the Blue Ridge campus.
Next up, sessions in Dahlonega and Cumming on Wednesday and Gainesville Thursday. In some instances, more than one of these town hall meetings has been scheduled on a single campus.

The law becomes effective July 1.
