CLEVELAND — Head volleyball coach LaKisya Killingsworth has announced that Brelyn Bell has signed on to play for Truett McConnell in the fall as part of the 2017 recruiting class.

"We are very happy to welcome Brelyn and her family to the Bear Cave," Killingsworth said. "Her spiritual knowledge and her competitive nature fits with our University's mission. I am looking to seeing what God has in store for her."

Bell is a 5-foot-8 setter and defensive specialist out of Maranatha Christian Academy in Oakwood.

"I am looking forward to my first and upcoming season of volleyball at Truett McConnell," Bell. "I know God has led me to this university and sport for a reason. He has wonderful plans in store and I am thankful that playing volleyball is one of them."
