GAINESVILLE — The Lakeview Academy baseball team won for th second straight time after taking a thrilliing 7-6 win over Riverside Military Academy Wednesday.
Andrew Estes earned his first win on the mound pitching a scoreless sixth and seventh innings.
Rob Hamby had two RBI, including game-winning hit in the sixth inning for the Lions (3-5). Brannon Browner had a two-RBI double and scored a pair of runs, including the game-winner.
Sam Stewart had a two-RBI single and JD Roark reached base all four plate appearances and scored twice for Lakeview.
The Lions next will travel Commerce on Friday.
