Legacy Link, the Oakwood-based Area Agency on Aging, is offering a free six-week class titled Living Well.
It will be held at the Good News Clinics, 810 Pine Street, Gainesville, January 23-February 27.
According to a press release from Legacy Link, the course has proven to help older adults better manage their health, improve their quality of life, and lower health care costs. There is no charge to attend.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 9:30-12:00.
