Gainesville school officials have scheduled a public forum Sept. 22 on the design plan for Enota MI Academy.
The school board discussed plans for the forum at a Sept. 6 work session with architects involved in planning the site design. Much controversy has been genereated by plans to demolish the school and replace it from the "ground up." Most of the controversy has to do with whether to preserve a student-support garden which has been a part of the campus for years.

In addition to seeking public input at the Sept. 22 meeting, the school system is soliciting comment via the survey link below or the system's website www.gcssk12.net.
The public forum wil be held at 6:00 p.m. at the school.
