A man, 78, who was the subject of a Mattie's Call last week has been located safely in North Carolina.
James Wiggins had been spotted in Suwanee the day he went missing, and he was located by the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office, which is just outside Charlotte, according to a news release.
Officials said he was taken into the care of Adult Services.
Wiggins' name has been removed from the national database of missing people.
