Officials have located a 12-year-old Hall County girl who went missing almost two weeks ago.
Scott Ware with the Hall County Sheriff's Office said Brooklyn Smith was found Sunday along with her father Stephen Spires and his girlfriend Carmen Clay in Spalding County. Ware said an anonymous tip led police to their location.
Smith was taken into protective custody by the Hall County Division of Family and Children Services. Spires and Clay were arrested by members of the Spalding County Sheriff's Office.
The Hall County Sheriff's Office is still investigating Smith's disappearance. Smith had been missing since July 27.
