The state Department of Transportation says motorists should expect lane closures along a section of I-85 in the Buford area because of work on some new express lanes.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held earlier this week to kick off the project, which includes work between Lawrenceville Suwanee Road/State Route 317 to Hamilton Mill Road.
Here's what to expect this weekend:
Friday, 9 p.m.-7 a.m., work northbound and southbound; Saturday, 9 p.m.-9 a.m., northbound; and Sunday, 9 p.m.-5 a.m., northbound and southbound.
