'Serial flasher' in Suwanee charged with child molestation

A man who was arrested for flashing women on six different occasions in Suwanee has now had his charges upgraded to include child molestation.

Cpt. Cass Mooney, Suwanee Police spokesman, said in an email that one of the alleged victims apparently had a small child with her when the suspect, identified by media outlets as James Antonio Brown, exposed himself to her.

Brown was arrested Monday thanks to a tip from a resident, who spotted a vehicle matching the description police had given the public.

"The suspect was wearing a white tank top with the lower portion of his body exposed during each incident," police stated in a media release last week.

Brown's identity was initially withheld until the alleged victims could pick him out of a photo line up.
