Gainesville High School is currently accepting nominations for 2016 Honorary Diplomas.
This honor is bestowed to individuals who are part of the Gainesville community and are not GHS graduates but whose achievements and strong support of GHS traditions are reflective of the true "Red Elephant" pride and spirit.
Nominations are due by April 15.
Forms can be submitted to Gainesville High School, 830 Century Place, Gainesville, GA 30501 to the attention of Leslie Dorsey.
Last year's GHS Honorary Diploma graduates were John O. Davis, Colleene Ivey, and State Senator Butch Miller.
