GAINESVILLE — Lakeview Academy lost a shootout with Athens Christian 19-10 Tuesday in Region 8-A action.
Bailey Whitlock had three hits and three RBI and Rett Kinsey had a double and three RBI for Lakeview Academy (3-7, 0-2 Region 8-A). Josh Henderson had two hits and one RBI and Logan Barwick had two hits and scored twice.
Lakeview Academy next will play host to Athens Academy on Thursday in another 8-A battle.
