RABBITTOWN — East Hall scored nine unanswered runs to rally for a 9-2 win over Fannin County Tuesday in Region 7-AAA action at East Hall Park.
Luke Cooper racked up two RBIs on three hits for the East Hall Vikings Varsity. He singled in the third, fifth, and sixth innings.
Fannin County (4-4, 0-1 Region 7-AAA) scored twice in the first off Eli Stuart to grab the lead. Stuart settled down eventually going five innings and shutting out the Rebels the rest of the way to get the win.
The Vikings (7-4, 2-2) took the lead with three runs in the third and blew the game open with four runs in the fifth.
Luke Cooper had three hits and two RBI to pace the East Hall offense.
The two teams will head to Blue Ridge on Friday for a doubleheader.
