The Hall County Chapter of Georgia Right to Life sponsored a Pro-Life Oratory and Writing Contest recently.
It was open to all Hall County high school juniors and seniors and was held at North Georgia Christian School.
Seth Carey, a junior at North Georgia Christian School, was the winner with an essay on Stem Cell Research.
