MARSHALL, N.C. - A third northeast Georgia resident now faces charges in the murder of a North Carolina man.
Diane Chapman, 34, of Alto has been charged by Madison County, N.C., investigators for the murder of Edward Praytor, 67, of Marshall, N.C., according to a WLOS TV report.
Chapman, said to be the girlfriend of suspect Brandon Hogan, was being held in the Rabun County Detention Center on unrelated drug charges.
Both Brandon Hogan and his mother Nancy Hogan have been charged with capital murder, conspiracy, robbery, and trespassing in connection with Praytor's death.
