Riverside Military Academy lost 8-4 to St. Francis at Katterjohn Field on Wednesday, despite outhitting St. Francis for the game.
Will Lovett reached base two times in the game for the Eagles. He scored one run and had one RBI. He tripled in the third inning.
Sammy Berman recorded the win for St. Francis allowing four runs over seven innings. Berman struck out six, walked eight and gave up six hits.
Sean Allison was charged with the loss. He allowed six runs in three innings, walked three and struck out two for the Eagles.
St. Francis went up for good in the second, scoring four runs on two errors.
