GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville Police Department is implementing a Junior Police Academy.<br />

The JPA is designed to provide young adults with basic information about law enforcement and police activities. The ultimate objective is to establish a positive relationship between the youth and law enforcement.<br />

It will be held Monday June 2-Friday June 6 from 8:30-4:3m. The registration deadline is May 16.<br />
