GAINESVILLE - For some kids childhood means things like soccer games and family picnics. For others it means abuse, neglect, and years in foster care. These children wait for a chance at safe, permanent homes.<br />

The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program strives to give these children "a voice." And, volunteers are needed.<br />
