Tennis: Spartans roll past North Forsyth

OAKWOOD -- The West Hall boys tennis looked solid in taking a 4-1 win over North Forsyth Thursday.

Tatum Scroggs beat Hunter Willis 7-6, 2-6, 6-4 at No. 1 singles and Max Wilson whipped Jay Tootle 6-3, 6-0 at No. 2 singles. The raiders got their win at No. 3 singles as Jay Helvey whipped Connor Kirkland 6-2, 6-1.

In doubles, West Hall's Grayson Kyle and Kip O'Kelley beat Alex Peacock and Justin Powell 6-2, 6-0 at No. 1 doubles, and Austin Dyer and Min Kim defeated Clay Tennies and Connor Wilson 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 doubles.
