ATLANTA -- Georgia Tech is turning its focus to opening at No. 16 Virginia Tech after completing its training camp schedule with its second scrimmage.
Quarterback Tevin Washington says the Yellow Jackets "are ready to play someone else" after Saturday's scrimmage.
Broderick Snoddy had a 70-yard touchdown run and quarterback Vad Lee connected with A-back B.J. Bostic on two key passes, including one for an 11-yard touchdown. Vad also had a 28-yard completion to Bostic to set up had a touchdown.
Lee also had a 38-yard run in his strong scrimmage.
Running backs Matt Connors and Dennis Andrews, a freshman, each had short touchdown runs.
David Scully kicked a 31-yard field goal and five extra-point attempts.
