Electronic Sales Company announces new acquisition

GAINESVILLE - Electronic Sales Company (ESC) acquired accounts from Precision Security Systems of Cleveland earlier this year.

The April acquisition included 94 residential and business accounts in the Northeast Georgia area.

Glenn Walker of Precision stated that he will now be focusing on current and new government accounts such as with Homeland Security on the Eastern Coast of the United States.

Counte Cooley, president of Electronic Sales Company, said he is "excited about this acquisition and to be working with Glenn and Precision."

Cooley said the acquisition is a good fit for his company since Precision's customers are in close proximity to his current customers in the North Georgia area.
