GAINESVILLE -- Riverside Military Academy swept doubles play to pull out a 3-2 win over East Hall Wednesday in boys tennis action.
The No. 1 doubles team of Eric Chow and Drew Eidison beat Nathan Vandiver and Milton Campbell 6-1, 6-0 while the No. 2 team of Josh Haushton and Nic Pitchon beat Carlos De La Cruz and Isaac Salazar 6-0, 6-0.
The Eagles also got a win at No. 3 singles with Tyler Clortz beating Bradley Wine 6-0, 6-1.
The Vikings (1-1) got wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles. Dane Allen beat Eric Gfrasser 6-4, 1-6, 6-1 at No. 1 while Patricio Cruz rallied from a set down to knock off Austin Johnson 1-6, 6-4, 6-0 at No. 2 singles.
