WATKINSVILLE -- Johnson won its third straight game after whipping Oconee County 71-45 Friday in region 8B-AAA action.
It is the longest winning streak of the year for the Knights (10-10, 2-5 in subregion) who will go for their fourth straight victory Saturday night against arch-rival West Hall.
Matt Hollis continued his play with 26 points and seven assists to lead Johnson. Ty Odem added 16 points and Montrell McKenzie had a second straight monster game with 13 points, 20 rebounds and seven blocks for the Knights.
