6 Habersham employees pick up state awards

CLARKESVILLE - Six Habersham County employees have been recognized at this year's Georgia Emergency Communications Conference.

All are E-911 employees: Building and Ground Superintendent Michael Bramlett (Award of Excellence); employees Amy Meister, Rita Sikes, Serena Bennett, and Noelle Paneda (Team Award); and, supervisor Jennifer Moulder (Supervisor of the Year).

In addition, two Habersham residents, Kayla Hughes and Jonathan Hughes, received the Georgia Peach Award for making a 911 call that saved their father's life.
