Volleyball: North Hall splits in Collins Hill Classic

LAWRENCEVILLE -- The North Hall girls volleyball team split the first two games Thursday on the opening day of the Collins Hill Classic.

North Hall opened with a come-from-behind win over South Forsyth. The Lady Trojans lost the first game 25-13 but rallied to win the final two games 25-20 and 15-13 to win the match.

The did not have as good of luck in the second match falling to host Collins Hill 25-18, 25-20.

Sarah Paschall had an outstanding day pacing North Hall with 18 digs, two assists and one one ace. Kristina Gregory had 13 assists, four aces, two kills, and one block, McKenna Rushton had six kills, two blocks, and one ace, and Sydney Cleveland added three kills, six digs, and one block for the Lady Trojans.

Madison Copeland had five blocks and three kills and Analiese Jones had 12 digs and one ace for North Hall.

North Hall will resume tournament play against Mountain View on Saturday at Collins Hill.
