CUMMING -- The Buford girls volleyball team's tough schedule to open the season continued Thursday.
The Lady Wolves lost both matches in a tri-match at Lambert High School and have now lost five of their last six matches after a 5-0 start to the season.
Buford fell 25-23 and 25-22 to host Lambert in the opening match and then lost 25-9, 21-25, 25-13 to Roswell.
Maggie Roper paced Buford with 18 kills, 14 digs, and six aces. Jessica Falletta added 10 kills and 14 digs, McKenzie Darrah had five kills and athree blocks, and Bailey Hicks posted 28 assists and 12 digs for the Lady Wolves (6-5).
Buford's next will travel to North Gwinnett on Wednesday for a tri-match with the Lady Bulldogs and Grayson.
