Barrow murder conviction upheld

ATLANTA - A Barrow County woman's appeal of her murder conviction has been rejected by the state Supreme Court.

Diane Hogsed was convicted of the May 2005 murder of her husband during an argument outside their home.

She was convicted the next year and given a life sentence.
