Here is a list of weather-related closings, cancellations, etc.:

*All Lumpkin County school events for the weekend have been cancelled.

*The Gainesville High School Drama Department's Pajama Drama has been canceled. Event organizers said it will either be rescheduled or the money will be refunded to participants.

*Piedmont College - The men's and women's basketball gamse scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 and 4:00 have been postponed and rescheduled for Sunday at the same times.

*The Giant Regional Youth Meeting hosted by Wahoo Baptist Church scheduled at the Union Grove Camp Ground in Cleveland for this weekend has been cancelled and resceduled to next week.
