Landfill assessment ready for review

GAINESVILLE - Hall County has completed an assessment of the Allen Creek Landfill's potential impact on groundwater.

Findings will be presented at 5:00 p.m. on September 15 at the Courthouse Annex on Spring Street

The Assessment of Corrective Measures (ACM), as it is called, also includes an outline of measures that could be used to combat any such problems.

A copy of the ACM is available for public review between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Hall County Engineering Department â
