Almost everybody knows times are tough. Certainly working folks and families know it. Small, local businesses are hanging on for dear life. Local banks are under pressure. The state is cutting its budget, even trimming services. So is the county. And, how much are our school systems cutting back? A lot. It is hard to miss the fact that times are tough all over. <br />
