GAINESVILLE - An informal gathering of former employees, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Warren Featherbone Co. employees is planned later this month.
It will be held at and hosted by INK, the Interactive Neighborhood for Kids museum, which now occupies part of the old Warren Featherbone building on Chestnut Street.
The reunion will be held Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
More than 200 guests and their families are being brought together, many for the first time since Warren Featherbone closed its doors. It will be a chance for them to see first hand how the building has been remodeled to house a children's museum.
INK is a hands-on, interactive kids' museum.
