Hit-and-run accident closes part of Ga. 365 for a time

LULA - One south bound lane of Highway 365 was shut down for more than an hour Friday morning as the result of a hit and run wreck that happened just north of White Sulphur Road.

The Georgia State Patrol said a woman's car was hit by a tractor trailer, which kept going.

The car plunged 100 feet down an embankment, but the state patrol said the woman received only minor injuries.
