N'wide race moved again, will run Monday at Fontana

By Nascar.com
After rain washed out the Stater Bros. 300 on Saturday night, NASCAR officials decided to run the race immediately following the Auto Club 500 Sprint Cup race on Sunday, scheduled to start at 4 p.m. ET. It would have been the first time in NASCAR history a race was run at the same track after a Cup race on the same day.

The Cup race took much longer to run, though, due to two lengthy red flags -- the first because of standing on water on the track; the second when rain started falling -- and it forced officials to move the Nationwide Series race to Monday.

The weather is supposed to be much better on Monday, with sunny skies and highs in the mid-60s.

The Stater Bros. 300 is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. ET. Television coverage is still being determined.
