UNDATED - Twenty-places around Georgia - including Flowery Branch, Oakwood and Clayton - will be holding special elections Tuesday.
In Oakwood and Flowery Branch, the question will be the creation of Tax Allocation Districts, or TADs. Voters in Riverdale and Tifton will also decide the fate of TADs.
But in Clayton, the issue will be the sale of liquor. Voters will be asked to approve the Sunday sale of liquor-by-the-drink at restaurants and hotels, motels, and other lodging in the Rabun County town.
A photo ID will be required to get a ballot, according to Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel.
Some places in Georgia will be holding special elections for sheriff, board of education and county commission. In addition, a number of sales tax referendums are also scheduled.
