GAINESVILLE - Three Gainesville men were named to the Hall County AgriBusiness Hall of Fame Wednesday.
The announcement was made at Wednesday's annual AgriBusiness Recognition Breakfast.
The three Hall of Fame inductees are:
*Charles Adams, a long-time farmer and poultry producer from the Sugar Hill area of Hall County.
*Whitey Butler, retired Hall County Extension Agent, who served Hall County from 1956 to 1981.
*Gordon Sawyer, known for his work in agri-business advertising and an avid spokesperson for the poultry industry.
Other awards presented Wednesday:
*Farmer of the Year
