GAINESVILLE - Another state board is planning to hold one of its meeting in Hall County this year.
The Department of Natural Resources Board will meet in Gainesville April 24-25, according to a posting on the agency's Web site. It is one of three meetings the board will conduct outside of Atlanta this year; the others will be in Albany and at Red Top Mountain State Park near Cartersville.
The state Department of Transportation announced in December that plans to meet at Lake Lanier Islands in July.
