By by Ken Stanford
GAINESVILLE - Two new subdivisions and two new office developments are on the agenda for the March 13 meeting of the Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board.

One subdivision proposal calls for a 125-lot single-family/townhome development on Oconee Circle near Old Cornelia Highway. The other is for single-family homes only, 26 of them, and would be located on Nancy Creek Road near Thompson Bridge Road.

Thompson Bridge would also be the site of the two office buildings. One would be a multi-tenant complex at the Mountain View Drive intersection, consisting of a two-story building and 7,200 square feet. The other, a 17,790-square-foot commercial/office mixed-use project, is planned for Thompson Bridge Road and Etta Vista Circle. Plans call for a 3,500-square-foot neighborhood grocery; 2,895 square feet of general commercial space; a 2,500-square-foot restaurant; and, 8,895 square feet of general office space.
